Both sides had in-depth exchanges on matters related to promoting the export of fresh corn from Jilin Province to Australia.

The leaders and staff of Nongsao Food Company first warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation from the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and led them to visit the corn processing line. In the discussion, Chairman Sui Shuxia introduced in detail the company's current production and operation conditions and future development direction, especially hoping that the municipal Foreign Affairs Office can help it actively expand international sales channels. Ou Shuo, the deputy director, said that after the successful holding of the 2022 (Changchun) Green Agricultural Food International Cooperation Forum, the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office actively contacted the Australian office to facilitate the inspection, and will spare no effort to connect local high-quality agricultural enterprises in the future to contribute to the agricultural development of our city. After knowing the production technology, production scale and export situation of Nongsao Food Company in detail, Chairman Zheng Yi expressed his willingness to do his best to open up the Australian market for fresh corn in our province.
